If you're changing out your handlebars, don't forget to replace the rubber dampers. These Polyurethane dampers provide excellent vibration damping while also giving you a tighter steering feel by reducing the flexing you get with tradtional rubber dampers. 

Kit comes complete with 4 thick chrome washers, steel sleeves and the 4 polyurethane damper pieces. Fit all HD models 1973 thru 2011 except FLT/FLH & Springers.
