Please complete the accompanying Dealer Application and Resale Certificate forms, and submit. You must be a legit shop, and we request a few pictures be submitted along with the forms.  Once you are approved, you will be given a dealer username and password that gets you into our Dealer Pricing File and Order Entry capability. From there, you can select the entire product line or choose the individual items you wish to sell. Initial order of $295 or greater required for Dealer status. Place your Dealer orders conveniently online, or by sending a Purchase Order via fax to (281) 333-1621 or email to dealersales@mrluckys.biz, if so desired.
