XS650 Yamaha Custom Battery Box

Styled after the old HD 6Volt battery boxes, but sized to accept the stock Yamaha battery #12N14-3A (5-5/16” Long, 3-1/2” Wide and 6-9/16” High). Can also be used with other like sized or smaller batteries. 

Designed for the custom builder, and perfect for mounting behind the downtube on our rigid XS650 frame #ML139Y. A picture of the battery box mounted on our brown custom XS650 is shown below.  

Kit includes a lower anchor plate to weld to frame where desired, formed raw steel battery box and lid, 2 threaded hold-down rods with wing nuts and battery tray spacer block. Made in USA.

Goes well with our Oil Tank styled electrical boxes f#'s BK001 & BK002.
