We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. For credit card security, all credit card payments are processed through PayPal.com. Due to unreasonable costs and restrictions, Mr Luckys.biz does not offer a C.O.D. service at this time.

We accept and process International orders, but shipping charges cannot be determined online. Place your order, then we will determine applicable freight charges, and will advise. (U.S. Postal Service has proven best/cheapest). We will not ship until you have agreed to the additional international shipping charges, and order can be cancelled if exorbitant. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes and other costs when received in country.  In addition, first-time international customers may be required to fax us the portion of their most recent billing statement showing name, billing address and last four digits of credit card number before orders can be shipped; Fax# 281-333-1621.

All currency is in United States Dollars (USD), and as required by law Texas residents will be charged a 6.75% sales tax, and California residents will be charged a 9.25% sales tax.
